THIS MORNING we welcome Nathan Boer to the family of God at First CRC. Nate comes to us from Immanuel CRC in Sheldon. We also welcome Tyler and Elizabeth (Liz) Bonestroo and their sons, Skyler Ray and Trevor Dean. They transferred from First Reformed in Inwood.

OFFERING SCHEDULE: The offering for today, June 28, is for the Christian Ed. Fund. Next Sunday the offering is for the Building Fund.

BULLETINS are available in the bulletin racks and also on the narthex table. Ushers will NOT be handing them out.

THIS EVENING we welcome Rev. Duane Tinklenberg as he leads our service. His message is from Hebrews 1:1-3 titled “God’s Last Word for These Last Days”.

UPDATED CARE GROUP LISTS are in your church mailbox. They go into effect July 1.

PLEASE NOTE: I have had to move some of the mailbox names around so that I could add new names. Please make sure you are getting your mail and not someone else’s mail!!

USHERS for Sunday mornings, July 5-26: Brent De Jager, Rick Leusink, Harlyn Bolkema, Cory De Wit. Until further notice, you will only need to usher in the morning.

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS interested in making profession of faith please contact Pastor Loren (pastor@hull1stcrc.com) by tomorrow, June 29th.

THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE will be meeting on July 1 to update the committee assignments. If you are a current member of a committee and would like to be taken off of the committee or would like to volunteer to be on a committee, please contact Dave Rozeboom (712-441-0625) or Rob Westra (712-441-2556) by June 30th.

OUR CHURCH is again doing the “Clothe a Child” project through Love, INC. Tags are available on the narthex table. Each child has 5 tags. Please take as many as you would like (you may separate them) and return the item(s), along with the tag attached to each item (it is VERY IMPORTANT that the tag is attached to each item purchased). Gift receipts are helpful. Items should be returned to church by July 29th. They can be placed under the church mailboxes.

THANK YOU: We thank everyone for their overwhelming acts of kindness and support during Jarvis’ cancer journey. We thank God for the healing Jarvis has received thus far. We ask for your continued prayers for Jarvis’ eating to improve and also prayers for a good report from his upcoming CT scan on July 6. -Jarvis & Shari De Wild

We express our sympathy to Diana & Dave Kooima and family in the passing of Diana’s brother, Evan Haarsma, 56, of Orange City. Evan passed on Monday, June 22, and his funeral was held this past Thursday, June 25, in Orange City. We pray for the Lord’s comfort in sorrow and hope in the resurrection promises of Jesus.

We pray for continued healing for Matthew Van Otterloo, son of Mike & Marideth Van Otterloo, as he recovers from an appendectomy.

Gary Roetman, father of Matt Roetman, continues to be treated for cancer. We pray he responds well to treatment and for healing. We pray for his wife, Susan, and family as they support him.

We pray for our families. Some have significant challenges in their lives for a variety of reasons. Let us pray for peace, stability, healing, and restoration.

We pray for those who join us in worship from their homes. Whether they are unable to attend or are taking appropriate precautions due to age or illness, we pray for the Lord’s presence and care in their lives.
